beitari) means veterinarian/veterinary
physician and accoding to the Turkish

the arab word ( بيطري)
derives from the greek word ἱππίατρος (ipiatros) which
means the physisian of the horses. In modern greek is κτηνίατρος
(ktiniatros) and in Turkish baytar and veteriner.
