Etymology
of Arabic words: the word مها
MAHA
is the name of a Palestinian young lady, who started four-five years
ago uploading videos on YouTube with Arabic lessons and succeded to
be the first by far Teacher of the Arabic language in the Internet.
For her contribution in propagation
of the Arabic language and of demonstrating a mild face of the Arab
world I would expect to be honoured by one Arab goverment or Arab
Akademic Institution. As for the etymology of her name there are
several options but I prefer the one supporting that “” in Arabic
Maha means the eye of the gazelle””.
