سقراط أفلاطون أرسطو Greek philosophers

Etymology of Arabic words: the words سقراط أفلاطون أرسطو
(Socrat , Aflatoun , Aristou ) are three names , the names of the three famous Greek philosophers of the antiquity Socrates, Plato and Aristotle very well known to the Arab scholars of the past, as many of their works were translated into Arabic helping in this way to save the Greek culture. Later from Arabic were translated into the european languages during the Renaisance period.
