Etymology of
Arabic words: the word الأوليغارشية
(oligharsia?)
means Oligarchy
and it is a loan word from Greek language. The greek word is
ολιγαρχία
(oligharhia) and it is composed by the word ολίγοι (olighi)
meaning “few”,” a few” and the verb άρχω (arho) which
means “to govern, to rule”. In Turkish they use the word
oligarşi.
