تلبثي telepathy

--> Etymology of arabic words: the word تلبثي
-->
(telbathi) means telepathy and derives from the Greek language. The Greek word τηλεπάθεια (telepathia) is a counter loan from English, as the term was coined in 1882 by the classical scholar Frederic W. H. Myers, a founder of the Society for Psychical Research on the basis of the Greek word τηλε (tele) which means “far” and the word παθη (pathe) which means “passion, suffering,affliction, experience”. In Turkish they use the word telepati.
